摘　　要：研究了地区供电局继电保护规范化管理体系,设计地区供电局继电保护智能化管理系统,使继电保护日常管理工作简便化,动态规范化地管理地区供电局继电保护业务。提出的基于地区供电局规范化管理体系的继电保护智能管理系统提高了继电保护工作的标准化程度,降低管理中的人为因素影响,提高工作效率,实现专业管理的智能化和简便化,对提高继电保护专业的自动化管理水平具有较强应用价值。The standardized management system of relay protection of regional power supply bureaus is studied. Intelligent management system of relay protection of regional power supply bureaus has been designed to simplify the daily management of relay protection and manage the relay protection business of regional power supply bureau dynamically and standardized. The intelligent management system of relay protection based on the standardized management system of regional power supply bureaus proposed has improved the standardization level of relay protection, reduce the impact of human factors in management, improve work efficiency and achieve intelligence and simplicity of professional management, which is of great applied value to improve the level of automated management of relay protection.
