263~373 K温度区间2-氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯饱和蒸气压的实验研究

摘  要:采用静态法,测定了2-氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯(HCFO-1233xf)的饱和蒸气压97个数据点,温度263.15~372.90 K,温度不确定度小于±2 mK,压力不确定度小于±1.2 kPa,并用 Antoine 方程 lnP=A-B/(T+C)进行关联,确定了蒸气压方程的三个参数 A、B、C 的值分别为15.119、3070.575和7.198。Antoine方程计算得到的饱和蒸气压与实验数据吻合较好,相对误差均在±1%以内。通过 Clausius-Clapeyron方程计算得到 HCFO-1233xf 在263.15~372.90 K 的平均摩尔蒸发热为24363.31 J·mol-1,通过 Antoine 方程计算得到的常压沸点为285.22 K。Saturated vapor pressures of 2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene (HCFO-1233xf) were measured in a temperature range of 263.15~372.90 K by a static method. A total of 97 experimental points were obtained. The temperature and pressure fluctuation were within 2 mK and 1.2 kPa, respectively. The measured saturated vapor pressures and temperature were correlated by Antoine equation lnP=A-B/(T+C), and the constants of the equation were determined as A=15.119, B=3070.575 and C=7.198. The relative deviations between the calculated results from the Antoine equation and the experimental data are less than ±1%. The average molar evaporation heat of HCFO-1233xf was also estimated at 263.15~372.90 K by Clausius-Clapeyron equation which is 24363.31 J·mol-1. The normal boiling point is 285.22 K calculated from the Antoine equation.
