摘 要:螺旋盘管反应器无内插件及扰流部件,通过流体流动过程产生的二次流来提高微观混合效果,比较适合于黏性流体混合过程。今采用碘化物-碘酸盐平行竞争反应体系为工作体系,以甘油调节体系黏度,对螺旋盘管反应器内黏性体系的微观混合性能进行研究。考察了物料体积流量、H+浓度、体积比、体系黏度、盘管内径对微观混合性能的影响,并与内径及有效长度相同直管的微观混合性能进行对比研究。结果表明,在实验研究范围内,提高物料体积流量可以增强混合效果,随H+浓度增加,离集指数显著增大。反应物摩尔比相同的前提下,微观混合性能随体积比增加而变差。随体系黏度增大,微观混合性能降低。减小螺旋盘管内径,微观混合性能提高,与直管相比,螺旋盘管反应器微观混合效果明显增强。Helical tube reactors (HTR) are suitable for enhancing micromixing efficiency of viscous fluids by means of secondary flow. Micromixing efficiency of viscous fluids in a HTR was experimentally studied using a parallel competing iodide-iodate reaction system and glycerine was used to adjust the system viscosity. Effects of the fluid flow rate, concentration of H+, volumetric ratio, fluid viscosity and diameter of helical tube on the micromixing efficiency were investigated. Comparison of micromixing efficiency between HTR and a straight tube reactor with same length and diameter was also conducted. The experimental results show that micromixing efficiency is improved (i.e. segregation index XS is decreased) with the increase of volumetric flow rate. It decreases significantly when [H+] increases. When the molar ratio of reagents is fixed, micromixing efficiency decreases with the increase of volumetric flow ratio. It also decreases with the increase of fluid viscosity. Micromixing efficiency increases when the diameter of the helical tube is smaller. Compared with straight tube, HTR has better micromixing performance.
