摘　　要：从目前高职机械制造与自动化专业人才培养模式存在的问题出发,探索并构建高职机械制造与自动化专业创新型人才培养模式,提出高职机械制造与自动化专业创新型人才培养模式的实现途径。This paper summarizes the problems existing in the training mode of the training talents of machine building and automation in higher vocational education,deeply explores and studies the mode of its cultivating talents and puts forward the training mode of its innovative talents.
