摘　　要：2013年7月6日,在清华大学"政治学与国际关系学术共同体"年会上,由察哈尔学会主办的"察哈尔圆桌:城市外交的理论与实践"在北京西郊宾馆召开。来自外交部、察哈尔学会、北京大学、清华大学、外交学院、上海外国语大学的专家学者就城市外交的理论与实践话题进行了深入的讨论和交流。城市外交是城市作为国际行为体开展的公共外交活动。本文根据录音整理,并经各位发言人审阅。On July 6, 2013, a round-table meeting on the theory and practice of city diplomacy was sponsored by the Charhar Institute at Beijing Xijiao Hotel during the Tsinghua annual conference of 'Chinese community of political science and international studies'. Scholars and experts from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Charhar Institute, Peking University, Tsinghua University, China Foreign Affairs University, and Shanghai International Studies University have vigorous discussion around the theory and practice of city diplomacy. This article is based on the discussion transcript and has been reviewed by the participants.
