摘  要:以香樟、白楠、琼楠、润楠等4种樟科植物为试材,对其挥发性物质的杀菌能力及叶片精油的含量和成分进行测定和分析,结果表明:1d内平均抑菌率从大到小依次为白楠(68.99%),香樟(57.36%),润楠(43.44%),琼楠(40.54%);各树种的叶片精油出油率以香樟的出油率(2.47%)为最高,远高于琼楠(0.19%),润楠(0.16%)及白楠(0.14%);精油主要组成成分各有不同,香樟主要含有反式-橙花叔醇(26.77%),芳樟醇(10.35%),白楠主要含有萘的化合物(26.58%),α-蒎烯(8.46%),琼楠主要含有α-蒎烯(13.88%),乙酸冰片酯(6.91%),润楠主要含有癸醛(33.66%);4种精油的抑菌活性测定表明,其抑菌圈均在15mm以上.In this thesis,the inhibition rate of volatile substances in four kinds of lauraceae plants(Cinnamomumcamphora,Phoebe neurantha,Beilschmiediaintermedia,and Machiluspingii)has been determined by means of air sedimentation.The content and components of leaf essential oil have been analyzed simultaneously.The results show that the average inhibition rate of Phoebe neurantha(68.99%)per day is higher than Cinnamomumcamphora(57.36%),which is superior to Machiluspingii(43.44%)and Beilschmiediaintermedia(40.54%).Then,leaf essential oil has been extracted by Soxhlet extraction,aiming to calculate oil extraction rate.It is concluded that oil extraction rate of Cinnamomumcamphora(2.47%)towers over the other three,which are 0.19%(Beilschmiediaintermedia),0.16%(Machiluspingii)and 0.14%(Phoebe neurantha)respectively.Furthermore,the main components in the essential oil have been analyzed by HPLC.It illustrates that Cinnamomumcamphora mainly contains trans-camphor nerolidol(26.77%)and Linalool(10.35%).Phoebe neurantha mainly contains naphthalene compounds(26.58%)andα-pinene(8.46%).Beilschmiediaintermedia mainly containsα-pinene(13.88%)and Bornylacetate(6.91%)and Machiluspingii mainly contains Decanal(33.66%).At the ending part of the thesis,the author has determined bacteriostatic activity of these essential oil and concluded that the inhibition zone of all kinds is above the reach of 15mm.
