摘  要:以不同规格、不同原料织成的普通单层提花窗帘织物和不同花纹图案但相同工艺规格的双层提花窗帘织物为样本,利用BSWA VS302USB双声道隔声测试仪对两者的隔音性能进行了测试,在此基础上,对比分析了单层及双层提花窗帘织物的隔音性能,并利用SPSS软件采用基于主成分的因子分析方法,对影响提花窗帘织物的隔音性能因子进行分析。结果表明:提花窗帘织物在各频率范围内均具有一定的隔音功能,同一织物对隔音具有明显的频率选择性;双层提花织物的总体隔音效果要明显优于单层的普通窗帘织物;通过多元线性回归分析可知,经密、经线线密度、厚度、面密度与紧度对隔音性能的影响程度较大。This paper chooses common single-layered jacquard curtain fabric woven by different materials with specifications and double-layered jacquard curtain fabric with different patterns but same process specification as the samples, tests the sound insulation property of ordinary single-layered jacquard curtain fabrics and double-layered jacquard curtain fabrics by use of BSWA VS302USB acoustics analysis meter. On this basis, the sound insulation property of single-layered and double-layered fabrics are compared and analyzed. Besides, SPSS is used to analyze factors influencing sound insulation property of jacquard curtain fabrics through factor analysis based on the principal component. The research considers that. Jacquard curtain fabrics have certain sound insulation property within various frequencies and the same fabric shows obvious frequency selectivity for sound insulation property; overall sound insulation effect of double-layered fabrics is much better than that of single-layered fabric.
