细支高密牛仔布使用新型浆料无PVA上浆实践

摘　　要：基于现阶段细支高密织物存在着织造上的难题,选用新型浆料CD-DF333对细支高密牛仔布进行上浆。结果表明:CD-DF333浆料粘附性强、流动性好,浆膜完整,浆纱增强率高;搭配CD-PW100助剂完全取代PVA205等浆料后,浆纱的伸长与减伸率有一定改善,浆膜柔软且牢固,落浆少,毛羽贴服好,织机效率提高了5%左右,浆料成本降低了20%以上;选用浆料CD-DF333对纱线上浆能够明显提高织物的织造性能。Based on the weaving problem of the fine-density fabrics, new CD-DF333 sizing agent was used for sizing density of fine-density denim. The results show： CD-DF333 sizing agent has strong adhesion, good liquidity, complete serous coat and sizing enhancement rate. After CD-PW100 accessory ingredient completely replaces PVA205, elongation and reduction elongation of the sizing improve to some extent; the serous coat is soft and firm; size shedding is small; fluff paste service is good; cloth efficiency improves about 5%; the cost of sizing agent reduces at least 20%; CD-DF333 can significantly boost weaving property of the fabrics.
