摘　　要：介绍CD-DF868浆料特点及成本,并根据生产的实际需求,以JC9.7tex环锭纺为实验上浆织造原料,比较了DF868浆料上浆工艺与传统工艺对纱线和织造性能的影响。试验结果表明:使用DF868浆料大幅取代PVA上浆后、浆纱减伸率明显降低、耐磨次数明显提高、特别是有害毛羽大幅减少;喷织效率提高9%、经纬停台明显减少、浆纱成本下降15%。This paper introduces characteristics and cost of CD-DF868 sizing agent, adopts JC60 support ring spinning to size and weave raw materials in accordance with actual needs of production and compares sizing technology of CD-DF868 sizing agent and effects of traditional technology on yarn and weaving property. The results show that. after CDDF868 sizing agent replaces PVA, elongation rate of sizing reduces obviously; wear-resisting property improves; especially harmful hairiness decreases significantly; jet weaving efficiency boosts 9%; longitude and latitude stoppage reduces obviously; sizing cost drops by15%.
