摘　　要：选用再生涤纶和精梳落棉这两种二次利用的纤维混纺生产OE纱,以期对废旧资源进行综合利用。文章介绍了该纱线的纺制工艺,按工序流程分析了生产中存在的关键难点问题和所采取的主要技术措施,通过第三方检测结果表明,生产的成纱质量完全符合要求。OE yarn is produced through blending of two fibers of reutilization-regenerated polyester and cotton noils so as to realize comprehensive utilization of waste resources. This paper introduces the spinning process of this yarn and analyzes key and difficult problems existing in the production and main technical measures to be taken according to the process flow. The third-party testing result shows that the quality of resultant yarn produced is completely in conformity with requirements.
