摘　　要：文章主要阐述半精纺/粗梳羊毛合股针织绒线产品开发的相关工艺技术。优选原材料;采用低温散毛染色工艺;分析了各工序的要点,明确阐述和毛、走锭纺、半精纺工艺的优化、筒并捻工艺的不同,单纱与股线捻度的合理搭配,色差控制等。改变产品开发思路,保持更持久的生命力,加强原料工艺运用的研究,纺制出全新风格的高品质合股纱线,丰富产品的特性,提高产品附加值。This paper mainly states the technology to develop joint weaving wool products with semi-worsted/carded wool and optimal raw materials. This paper adopts low- temperature loose wool dyeing technology to analyze key points of each process, clearly expounds optimization of hair mixing, spinning and semi-worsted technology, differences of cabling technology, rational combination of single yarn and plied yarn twist and chromatic aberration control, changes product development thought, keeps longer vitality, enhances the study on application of raw material technology, spins high-quality ply yarn with new style to enrich product features and improve added value of products.
