摘 要:硫酸浸出是硼泥综合利用过程中的一个关键步骤,硼泥酸浸提镁动力学的研究对于高效提取硼泥中的镁具有重要的理论意义。本文对硫酸浸出硼泥的过程进行了研究,系统考察了搅拌速度、浸出时间、液固比、硫酸质量分数、浸出温度对氧化镁浸出率影响。结果表明浸出时间、液固比、硫酸质量分数、浸出温度对氧化镁的浸出率有显著影响,搅拌速度对氧化镁浸出率影响不大。利用收缩未反应核模型分析了硼泥酸浸提镁过程动力学,硼泥酸浸提镁动力学受表面化学反应控制,反应频率因子是3.4×106/s,反应表观活化能是52.7kJ/mol。The sulfuric acid leaching is one of the key steps in the comprehensive utilization of boron mud, the research of the kinetics of magnesium extraction from boron mud with acid leaching was of great theoretical significance for the efficient extraction of magnesium from boron mud. In this article, the sulfuric acid leaching was studied, and the effects of stirring speed, leaching time, liquid-solid ratio, concentration of sulfuric acid, and leaching temperature on the Leaching rate of MgO were investigated systematically. The results suggested that the leaching rate of MgO was obviously affected by the leaching time, liquid-solid ratio, concentration of sulfuric acid, and leac- hing temperature, while the stirring speed affected it slightly. Using modified unreacted shrinking core model, the kinetics of the acid leaching of magnesium extraction from boron mud was analyzed, the result confirmed it was controlled by the surface chemical reaction, and the reaction 3.4× 10^6/s and 52.7 k J/mol, respectively. frequency factor and the apparent activation energy were
