摘  要:科罗拉多州克莱马克斯钼矿山(Climax molybdenum Mine)是美国一个大型钼矿山,年产钼3 000万磅,约占美国钼产量的42%,多年来供给世界3/4的钼需求,是世界已开采钼矿中,产量最大的矿山.截止2011年12月31日的钼矿石资源量和储量分别为1.87亿t,其中钼品位0.16%,测定、指示和推断的矿石资源量为3.23亿t,钼品位0.148%.矿山采用分段盘上崩落采矿法地下开采和打眼-电铲装矿-卡车运矿露天法开采.矿山开采能力为9万t/d(矿石和岩石).矿石回采率92.5%,矿石贫化率15%.选矿厂处理矿石能力为5.8万t/d,采用破碎、半doi自磨、钼粗选获得钼粗精矿,钼粗选回收率为88%.粗精矿经脱药后,再经三段再磨和五次浮选精选,获得钼品位为53%~ 56%的钼精矿.浮选粗选尾矿经重选-磁选-浮选,回收硫精矿、锡精矿、钨精矿和独居石精矿.The Climax Molybdenum Mine is a molybdenum large mine in the USA. The annual output of molybde- num is 30Mlbs, which accounts for 42% of the world' s total output of molybdenum. The mine provides3/4world mo- lybdenum demand. To the end of 2011 the mineral deposit has prcven and probable ore reserves of 187 million tones containing 0.16% Mo, as well as measured and indicated ore resources of 323 million tones containing 0. 148% Mo. The Climax Mine uses a sub-level induced panel caving undercutting mining method and drilling, blasting and load- ing with excavators into trucks open-pit. The average mining rate will be 9kt t/d( ore and rock). Its recovery in the mine is 92.5%. Its dilution rate is 15%. The concentrator used a conventional crushing,SAG mill and rougher flo- tation flowsheet to obtain rough molybdenum concentrates. The molybdenum recovery in rougher flotation is 88%. After reagent removal the final molybdenum concentrates at 53% - 56% Mo are obtained with three stages of re- grinding and five cleanings. The sulphur concentrates, tin concentrates, tungsten concentrates and monazite concen- trates were recovered from rough flotation tailings with gravity separation, magnetic separation and flotation.
