摘　　要：根据大力发展绿色建筑以及推动工业可持续发展的要求,重庆市城乡建设委员会结合重庆市工业建筑和工业园区发展实际,组织编制了重庆市《绿色工业建筑技术导则》(暂定),旨在指导重庆市绿色工业建筑和绿色工业园区的规划设计、施工验收和运营管理,推动重庆市绿色工业建筑的健康可持续发展,规范重庆市绿色工业建筑的评价,为编制完善重庆市绿色工业建筑系列标准打好基础。该文介绍了《绿色工业建筑技术导则》的编制思路及技术要点。According to the demand for developing green building and promoting sustainable development of industry, combined with the practical con-dition of industrial building and the industrial park in Chongqing, Chongqing Urban and Rural Construction Committee organized related experts to com-pile the Technical Guidelines for Green Industrial Building （tentative） of Chongqing, which is served to guide the planning and designing, acceptance check and operation management of the green industrial building and green industrial park in Chongqing, and it also sets up the foundation for green in-dustrial building criterion series in Chongqing. And the methodology and key technical points of the Guideline are introduced.
