PDCA循环法在提升手外科住院患者满意度的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环法用于提高手外科住院患者满意度的效果。方法将200例手外伤患者按住院的先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组采用常规的护理方法,观察组则采用PDCA循环法的护理服务。采用问卷调查的方法检验两组患者护理服务的效果和患者及家属的满意度。结果观察组患者对应用PDCA循环法的护理满意程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论 PDCA循环法可用于手外科住院患者的护理管理,不仅能提高患者及家属的满意度,而且能促进整体护理质量的提高。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cyclic method on improving patient’satisfaction of hand surgery. Methods 200 patients of hand trauma were randomly divided into control group and observation group（1 00 patients of hand trauma for each group）by the order of admission.The convertional nursing was given to the patients of hand trauma in control group and PDCA cyclic method was applied in the observation group.The questionnaire survey was conducted to compare the efficacy of PDCA cyclic method on the care services and the degree of satisfaction of patients and their families between the two groups. Results The degree of satisfaction of patients of hand trauma was superior in the observation group to the control group （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The PDCA cyclic method applied to improving the degree of satisfaction of patients and their families and promote the overall quality of the nursing care.
