黑水翠雀中生物碱成份的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究黑水翠雀 (Delphiniumpotaninii)根中生物碱成分。方法 :采用pH梯度洗脱及硅胶柱层析。结果 :从根中分得 10个已知二萜生物碱 ,由光谱法分别鉴定为牛扁碱 (lycoctonine) 1、氨茴酰牛扁碱(anthranoyllycoctonine) 2、methyllycaconitine 3、德尔塔生 (deltatsine) 4、delectine 5、delsoline 6、德尔色明甲 (delsemineA)7、德尔色明乙 (delsemineB) 8、德拉瓦印甲和乙 (delavaineAandB) 9+ 10。结论 :这些化合物是首次从该植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE:To isolate norditerpenoid alkaloids from the roots of Delphinium potaninii W. T. Wang.METHODS:pH gradient extraction and silica column chromatography, structures are identified on the basis of spectral data.RESULTS:Ten known norditerpenoid alkaloids lycoctonine (1)、anthranoyllycoctonine (2)、methyllycaconitine (3)、deltatsine (4)、delectine (5)、delsoline (6)、delsemine A (7)、delsemine B (8)、delavaines A and B (9+10) were isolated.CONCLUSION:These compounds were isolated from the plant for the first time.
