摘　　要：高校图书馆咨询馆员是高校图书馆重要的岗位。加强高校图书馆咨询馆员人力资源保障体系建设是信息时代的必然需求,通过发掘我国高校图书馆咨询馆员人力资源管理的存在问题,提出了几点思考,为发展高校图书馆咨询馆员人力资源保障体系提供参考。Consuhing librarians are the important post in university libraries. It is the inevitable demand of the information age to strengthen the construction of the human resources guarantee system of university consulting librarians. This article analyzes the existing problems of human resource management in China＇s university libraries and puts forward some ideas to provide the reference for the development of human resource guarantee system of consulting librarians.
