切除松果体的大鼠对海洛因依赖性的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨大鼠切除松果体后对海洛因依赖性的改变。方法 :首先对大鼠实施松果体切除手术 ,切除松果体大鼠、手术对照组大鼠以及正常大鼠通过剂量递增法 0 5～ 8.0mg·d 1·kg 1建立海洛因依赖模型。然后腹腔注射纳洛酮进行催促戒断。结果 :大鼠切除松果体后的部分戒断症状 ,如异常动作、咬牙、腹泻及体重变化等均高于手术对照组及正常组大鼠 ,总戒断评分之间也有显著性差异。结论OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of pineal on heroin dependent.METHODS:First,pinealectomy was performed;Second,pinealectomy rats,false pinealectomy rats and normal rats were given heroin [from 0.5 mg·(kg·d) 1 to 8.0 mg·(kg·d) 1 for 22 days] to form the heroin dependent models.All rats were injected naloxone to precipitate withdrawal after stopping injection heroin for 16 hours.RESULTS:Partial withdrawal syndrome score of pinealectomy group as abnormal motion,chatterling and general score were higher compared with that of false pinealectomy group( P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05 ).CONCLUTION:This study suggested that pineal had some affection on heroin dependent rats.Its principle might be to secreting melatonin or other ways.
