护理干预对痛风性关节炎患者遵医行为及治疗效果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对痛风性关节炎患者遵医行为及治疗效果的影响分析。方法:选取2012年1月-2013年10月本科收治的50例痛风性关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组各25例,对照组采用常规护理方法,干预组根据患者遵医行为等进行重点护理干预,观察比较两组患者护理干预前后的遵医行为变化情况及临床治疗效果。结果:对照组干预前后各项遵医行为比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而干预组经护理干预后,其心理状况、生活方式及治疗依从性均达到60分以上,与干预前及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且干预组的治疗总有效率92.0%明显高于对照组64.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强综合性护理干预能够明显改善痛风性关节炎患者的遵医行为,明显提升患者的治疗效果,对提高患者的生活质量和改善预后具有重要意义。Objective：To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on the compliance behavior of gouty arthritis patients and treatment effects.Method：50 gouty arthritis patients in our hospital from January 2012 to October 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the random number table method,25 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing care,and the intervention group was given key nursing intervention according to the patients’compliance behavior on the basis of control group.The changes of compliance behavior before and after the nursing intervention and the clinical curative effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：There were no significant differences on compliance behavior of the control group before and after the nursing intervention（P〉0.05）,but after the nursing intervention,psychological status,lifestyle and treatment compliance of the intervention group were above 60 points,compared with before intervention and the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.And the total efficiency of treatment of the intervention group was 92.0%,it was significantly higher than 64.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Strengthening the comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the compliance behavior of patients with gouty arthritis,significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients,thus it is of great significance to the improvement of patients’life quality and outcomes.
