运动疗法护理对改善高血压患者血压及血清内皮素的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究运动疗法护理对高血压病患者血压、血清内皮素(ET)的影响。方法:选取2009年10月-2010年10月在本院就诊的162例无禁忌证的原发性高血压患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组90例和对照组72例。两组均继续使用原药量治疗,试验组在用药的同时采用运动疗法护理干预。测量并比较两组患者在治疗前、治疗后3、6、12个月的舒张压和收缩压以及在治疗前、治疗后1、3个月的ET水平。结果:两组治疗前的收缩压、舒张压及ET水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后3、6、12个月的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于治疗前,且试验组治疗后3、6个月的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。试验组治疗后1、3个月的ET水平均明显低于治疗前及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:运动疗法护理可使高血压病患者的血清ET水平明显下降,从而有益于血压的控制,值得在临床上推广。Objective：To research the effect of kinesitherapy care on blood pressure and serum endothelin（ET） in hypertension patients.Method：162 primary hypertension patients without contraindications were selected in our hospital from October 2009 to October 2010,they were randomly divided into the experimental group for 90 cases and the control group for 72 cases.Both groups received the original medicine therapy.The experimental group was given kinesitherapy care at the same time.Systolic and diastolic blood pressure were measured and compared between the two groups before the treatment and 3,6,12 months after treatment.And serum ET was also measured and compared between the two groups before treatment and 1,3 months after treatment.Result：There were no significant differences in SBP,DBP and ET level between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.The SBP and DBP of the two groups at 3,6,12 months after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and the SBP and DBP of the experimental group at 3,6 months were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The ET level of the experimental group at 1,3 months after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment and the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Kinesitherapy care can significantly decrease the serum ET of hypertension patients,which is good for blood pressure control,is worthy of clinical promotion.
