音乐疗法在冠心病患者磁共振心肌灌注扫描护理中的初步应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨音乐疗法在冠心病患者磁共振心肌灌注扫描护理中的作用及意义。方法:收集2010年6月-2013年6月来本院行磁共振心肌灌注扫描的冠心病患者共194例,随机分为三组,实验一组采用音乐疗法A方案护理,实验二组采用音乐疗法B方案护理,对照组采用常规护理。观察和比较检查前后生命体征(血压、心率、呼吸、体温、脉搏)、症状及心理(焦虑、抑郁)变化。结果:(1)三组生命体征、SCL-90评分变化:对照组检查前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验一组、二组检查前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)三组HAD评分变化:对照组检查前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验一、二组检查前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组检查后实验一组、二组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),一组与对照组、二组与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:音乐疗法可以减轻患者磁共振检查前后生理、心理变化,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,利于得到满意的检查结果。Objective：To investigate the significance and role of music therapy in patients with coronary heart disease and magnetic resonance myocardial perfusion scan. Method：194 patients who underwent magnetic resonance myocardial perfusion scan from June 2010 to June 2013 were randomly divided into three groups,the first experimental group used A program of music therapy nursing,the second experimental group used B program of music therapy nursing, and the control group received routine nursing care.Changes of vital signs were observed and compared before and after examination（blood pressure,heart rate,body temperature,respiration,pulse）,symptoms and psychological（anxiety, depression）. Result：（1）The change of vital signs and SCL-90 score of the three groups：the control group had statistical differences before and after MRI examination（P〈0.05）;the group one and two had no statistical differences before and after MRI examination（P〉0.05）.（2）The change of HAD scores of the three groups：the control group had statistical differences before and after MRI examination（P〈0.05）;the group one and two had no significant differences before and after MRI examination（P〉0.05）.There were no statistical differences between the group one and two after examination;there were statistical differences between the group one and control group;and there were statistical differences between the group one and control group.Conclusion：The music therapy could alleviate the physiological and psychological changes of patients before and after MRI examination,relieve anxiety and depression,and it was helpful to get a satisfactory results.
