经皮肱骨锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经皮锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:对2011年3月-2012年12月本科25例肱骨外科颈骨折患者行经皮锁定钢板治疗,观察其治疗疗效。结果:23例均获得12个月以上的随访,随访时间12～26个月,平均16个月,术后定期复查X线片,未见内固定松动、断裂、关节活动受限、肱骨头塌陷、骨不连等并发症。结论:经皮锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折创伤小、操作简单、固定可靠、并发症少、疗效满意。Objective：To investigate the curative effects of humeral locking compression plate in the treatment of humeral surgical neck fractures. Method：From March 2011 to December 2012,25 cases of hemeral surgical neck fractures were treated with humeral locking compression plate.Then the effect was evaluated. Result：The results of 23 patients were followed up for 12 to 36 months（an average of 16 months）. Postoperative x-ray were taken at regular time, there were no internal fixationloosening,rupture hip joint activities limited,the collapse of the humeral head,bone nonunion.Conclusion：Humeral locking compression plate has advantages of minimally invasiveness treatment,simple operation,rigid fixation,less complications,satisfied effectivess for the treatment of humeral surgical neck fractures.
