针刺对糖尿病大鼠前列环素及血栓素A_2的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨针刺对糖尿病血浆中PGI2 及TXA2 的影响。方法 :用 2 %STZ溶液诱导糖尿病大鼠 ,随机分为 2组 ,即针刺防治组和糖尿病对照组 ,另有 1组做正常对照。结果 :经 2 5个月防治 ,针刺组血浆中PGI2 明显高于糖尿病对照组 (P <0 0 5) ,与正常组比 ,P >0 0 5,差异无显著意义 ;针刺组血浆中TXA2 明显低于糖尿病对照组 (P <0 0 5) ,与正常组比 ,P >0 0 5,差异无显著意义。结论 :针刺可以干预STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠PGI2 的降低及TXA2Purpose To study mechanisms of acupuncture for treatment of diabetes mellitus. Methods The rats of diabetes induced by 2%STZ were randomly divided into two groups,acupuncture group and diabetes control group,and normal rats were used as normal control group.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] After treatment of 2 5 months,plasma PGI 2 content in the acupuncture group was higher than that in the diabetes control group([WT5”BX]P<0 05[WT5”BZ]),and similar to that of the normal group([WT5”BX]P>0 05[WT5”BZ]);Plasma TXA 2 level in the acupuncture group was significantly lower than that of diabetes control group([WT5”BX]P<0 05[WT5”BZ]),and similar to that of the normal group([WT5”BX]P>0 05[WT5”BZ]).[WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] Acupuncture can regulate the decrease of PGI 2 content and the increase of TXA 2 level in the rat of diabetes induced by STZ.
