摘  要:基于折流杆、整圆形孔板、管束自支撑及空心环支撑等纵流换热器壳程的结构特点,从实验和数值模拟两方面阐述了这些换热器壳程流体流动和传热的研究现状,归纳总结了其传热和阻力性能的计算关联式,对比分析了其适用工况,为纵流换热器的进一步发展和应用提供指导。Basing on discussing structural features of the heat exchanger with baffling rod,round orifice plate,self-supported tubes and hollow-ring supporting,the fluid flow and heat transfer in heat exchanger' s shell side were described experimentally and numerically,and the correlation between heat transfer and drag performance was summarized,including the analysis of its application conditions.This provides guidance to further development and application of heat exchangers with longitudinal flow.
