糖尿病患者合并胆囊病变的B型超声诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨 B型超声在糖尿病患者胆囊病变中的诊断价值。方法 :分析 2 4例糖尿病患者胆囊声像图并应用脂餐试验测定胆囊收缩功能 ,与正常对照组进行比较。结果 :糖尿病患者并发胆囊结石、胆囊壁增厚并毛糙、胆囊内胆汁淤积及胆囊收缩功能不良的百分率都明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,但胆囊最大截面面积无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :糖尿病患者易合并胆囊病变 ,B型超声是诊断糖尿病患者合并胆囊病变理想的影像学技术。Objective: To discuss the diagnostic value of B mode ultrasonography in diabetic patients with gallbladder diseases.Methods: B mode ultrasonographic images of gallbladder in 24 diabetic patients were analyzed by comparing with the control group.Results:The percentages of gallbladder stone, wall thickening,unsmoothness and gallbladder contractile dysfunction were much higher than those in the control group ( P <0 05 ), but there was no significant difference in gallbladder size (P>0 05).Conclusions: It is predisposing for the diabetic patients to suffer from gallbladder diseases and B mode ultrasonography is an ideal imaging method for diagnosing diabetic patients with gallbladder diseases.
