能量多普勒增强造影在晚期产后胎盘滞留诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨能量多普勒增强造影在晚期产后胎盘滞留诊断中的应用价值。方法 :应用 CDPI及外周静脉注射手振 5 0 %葡萄糖氟碳微泡能量多普勒增强造影对 12例胎盘残留、7例胎盘粘连及 2例胎盘植入患者胎盘血供进行研究。结果 :造影后所有残留胎盘内未见血流信号 ,所有粘连及植入胎盘内均见血流信号 ,同时血流显示质量较造影前明显改善。结论 :能量多普勒增强造影在晚期产后胎盘滞留诊断与鉴别诊断上有较大的价值。Objective:To assess the diagnostic value of contrast enhanced color Doppler power imaging in retained placenta during puerperal period.Methods:Intraplacental blood flows in 12 patients with placental remnant,7 patients with adherent placenta and 2 patients with implanted placenta were studied by CDPI and contrast enhanced color Doppler power imaging using intravenous injection of hand agitated 50% glucose perflurocarbon contrast agent.Results:No intraplacental blood flow was showed by CDPI and contrast enhanced color Doppler power imaging in all patients with placental remnant.Intraplacental blood flow rate of contrast enhanced color Doppler power imaging were 100% in patients with adherent placenta and implanted placenta.At the same time,intraplacental blood flow quality of contrast enhanced color Doppler power imaging was higher.Conclusions:Contrast enhanced color Doppler pwer imaging is very useful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of retained placenta during puerperal period.
