摘　　要：新媒体时代的到来改变了我国舆论监督的社会生态环境,网络舆论监督异军突起。近年来,作为网络舆论监督手段的实名举报对公权力的制约作用愈发明显。试图探讨网络舆论监督出现的必然性和必要性,梳理出当前媒介环境下网络舆论监督存在的问题和困境。The advent of the era of new media changed the social and ecological environment of China＇s super-vision by public opinion, network supervision by public opinion. In recent years, as a means of network super-vision by public opinion of the new report brought to power restriction role increasingly obvious. This paper embarks from the typical real - name reporting of cases, discusses inevitability and necessity of the network supervision by public opinion appeared; And through the network supervision by public opinion in the current media environment problems and the analysis of the difficulties, the paper to construct the network public opinion supervision, self-discipline and heteronomy mechanism, prompts network supervision by public opinion more rational, free and standardization.
