摘　　要：立足于钢铁工业生态系统的耦合、共生机制,构建社会生活共享资源、互为二次资源循环利用的钢铁生态园区。结合邯郸市及河北省钢铁产业实际,从宏观政策管理、钢铁生产体系、输入端资源汲取创新、输出端低碳综合利用、产业链网状体系创新等方面较全面、深入、系统地研究河北省钢铁产业生态系统耦合、共生问题,为建立循环型钢铁产业,提出可行性较强的钢铁产业发展对策。Based on the iron and steel industry ecosystem coupling and symbiotic mechanisms, we need to build the steel eco industrial park of sharing resources in social life and inter secondary resources recycling. Combined with the actual situation of Handan city and the province of Hebei iron and steel industry, we comprehensively, deeply, systematically solve the coupling and symbiosis problem of iron and steel industry ecosystem in Hebei, from a macro policy management, iron and steel production system, input resource absorbing innovation, output end of the low carbon comprehensive utilization, industrial chain network system innovation in five aspects. To do so is for the purpose of building a recycling iron and to put forward feasible development strategy about steel industry.
