知识转移视角下获得式学习对开放式创新的影响及环境动态性的作用

摘　　要：基于组织学习、知识转移以及技术创新相结合的独特视角,考察获得式学习和知识转移对开放式创新的影响及环境动态性的作用。收集314家企业的样本数据,结果发现:获得式学习以知识转移为中介影响开放式创新;环境动态性是有中介的调节变量,在获得式学习与知识转移的关系中起调节作用,并进一步通过知识转移影响开放式创新。Using the data from a survey of 314 enterprises, the relationships among acquisitive learning, knowledge transfer and opening innovation are tested empirically. The full mediating effects of knowledge transfer on the relationship between acquisitive learning and opening innovation are proved. Environmental dynamism just moderates the relationship between acquisitive learning and knowledge transfer.
