基于波达数的影响优秀教师因素的排序

摘　　要：文中基于波达数对影响优秀教师的因素给出排序,得出影响优秀教师最重要的因素是课堂生动有趣、说话具有幽默感等情感因素,其次是教师的知识渊博.Based on Borda number, this paper gives the sorting of factors which affect the excellence of teach- ers performance, and finds that the most significant factors firstly include such emotional factors including interest- ingness of classroom teaching and humor of verbal expressions, and secondly, teachers＇ knowledge.
