产业融合视角的“风电旅游”深度开发与实证研究——以河西走廊地区为例  

In-Depth Development of “Wind Power Tourism”from the Perspective of Industry Combination and Related Empirical Research—Illustrated with Hexi Corridor Area

摘　　要：基于产业融合的视角,试探性地提出了"风电旅游"的概念,分析了风电产业与旅游产业的融合互动方式,以及"风电旅游"深度开发的基础条件,即政府政策支持、科学规划指导、财税激励促进、技术创新引领、社会环境保障和基础设施支撑,接着以甘肃省河西走廊地区为例,进行了实证研究,分析了区域"风电旅游"的开发利用状况,探讨了"风电旅游"的深度开发策略,以期能为我国"风电旅游"的开发提供有益的思路和借鉴.＂Wind power tourism＂ a new tourist business, is an interactive amalgamation of wind power indus- try and tourism industry and has receive extensive attention. Based on the perspective of industry amalgamation, this paper proposes the tentative concept of ＂wind power tourism＂, analyzes the interactive models of wind power industry and tourism industry, and fundamental conditions of in-depth development of ＂wind power tourism＂, namely government policy support, scientific planning guidance, finance and taxation incentives to promote, tech- nology innovation lead, social environment security and infrastructure support. Then in Hexi Corridor area in Gansu Province as an example, related empirical research has been implemented to analyze the developmental status quo of regional wind power tourism, and discusses the strategies of exploitation and utilization of ＂wind power tourism＂, in expectation to provide beneficial references for the development of Chinese ＂wind power tourism＂.
