摘　　要：近年来的研究开始认识到,尽管城中村存在许多问题,但它是大量外来务工人员适应城市化的基础,对城市发展起到了一定的积极作用。从就业和收入的角度分析,以外来务工人员为主体的城中村居民为研究对象,利用城中村区位、居民通勤特征及工作地点三类空间变量,对城中村居民就业的空间特征进行了分析,通过构建包含空间虚拟变量的回归方程,定量揭示了居民就业的空间特征对其收入的影响。Recent studies have begun to recognize that despite many problems, urban villages are bases for a large num- ber of migrant workers adapt to urbanization, and have played a positive role for the urban development. From the perspective ofjobs and income, this essay analyzes the spatial characters of jobs location and impacts on income of residents in urban villa- ges by using spatial variables, and adopts the space dummy vari- able approach to reveal the impacts of the spatial characteristics of job location on income.
