摘　　要：数字出版为高校学报的出版方式带来了巨大变化,不仅要正确认识和解决当前数字出版存在的问题,而且要借"数字化"东风,为当前高校学报数字化良性发展提供必要条件,如借助多种途径,扩大学报影响;加强技术培训,提高编辑素质;加大经费投入,改善硬件条件等,保证高校学报数字出版的良性发展,提升高校学报质量.Digital publishing has brought great changes to the publishing methods of university journals. We should not only correctly understand and solve the current problems in digital publishing, but also provide the necessary conditions for the current development of university journals with the trend of ＂digitalization＂, such as expanding the influence in various ways, strengthening technical training and improving the editing quality, investing more fimds to improve the hardware conditions, to ensure the healthy development of digital publishing and improve the quality of college and university journals.
