摘　　要：民俗文化是区域重要的文化遗产与旅游资源.实现其有效利用和深度开发不仅有利于促进民俗文化的传承与发展,而且有利于促进区域经济的发展."二月二"灯会作为宁德市重要的民俗文化活动,其文化内涵丰富、文化类别多样,具有较高的利用价值.通过与旅游产业相结合,借助旅游节庆开发的模式实现"二月二"灯会民俗文化的现代化与创新,促进其可持续传承.It is known that the folk culture is the important heritage and tourism resource, The effective utilization and deep development can not only promote the inheritance and development of folk culture, but also the development of regional economy. As a vital folk cultural event, the Eryueer （Lunar February 2nd） lantern festival has abundant cultural connotation, cultural diversity and values for development. Being cooperated with tourism industry, with the model of the development of tourism festival, the Eryueer lantern festival could achieve the modernization and innovation of folk culture and the sustainable development of it.
