摘　　要：要提高"三农"图书的质量,必须做好选题策划。一要围绕贯彻落实党和国家的农业方针政策策划选题,二要根据农村经济发展的需要策划选题,三要围绕农民的生产生活需要策划选题,四要根据农产品市场需求变化策划选题。Aiming at improving the ＂Three Issues in Rural Area＂ books quality, need to nicely design the publication plan. Firstly, it must focus on and carry through the national agricultural policies. Secondly, the requirements of the rural economic development have to be well satisfied. Thirdly, it ought to be on the basic of peasants＇ production and daily life. At last, the change of agricultural products market should be presently responded.
