摘　　要：腰封是扣于图书封面中部的饰带,既可保护并装饰封面,又可宣传并推介图书。当腰封功能异化后,它便迅速蜕变成纯粹推销的"妖封"进而形成"妖风",对读者、荐书人、出版业乃至学术文化领域的恶劣影响日甚一日。唯有多管齐下方能刹住这股强劲、肆虐之"妖风",为全民阅读营造一个亲切、互信、富有活力的良好氛围。Surrounding the front and back cover of a book, the tummy band can both recommend the book and decorate its covers. When the tummy band alienates from its normal functions, it quickly and universally transforms itself into the ill and fraudulent band only for the sale promotion such a harmful trend has more and more detrimental effects on readers, recommending celebrities, publishing industry and academic culture. Nowadays, it is possible to stop the forceful and harmful trend only by working along many lines, so as to create a sincere, mutual trusting and vigorous atmosphere for the nationwide reading in China.
