国外图书馆退出大宗交易现象分析

摘　　要：大宗交易是国外图书馆订购电子期刊资源的主流交易形式。这种交易形式的优点与缺点都十分明显。随着世界经济危机的到来,这种交易模式固有的问题使得电子期刊资源的大宗交易难以为继。许多图书馆被迫退出这种交易模式,改为通过按篇付费浏览、馆际互借、借助开放存取资源等形式满足读者对电子期刊资源的需求。国外图书馆的经验可以为我们妥善应对外文期刊数据库订购中遇到的问题提供有益的借鉴。The big deal is the major model of foreign libraries to subscribe to electronic journal resources. It has very obvious advantages and disadvantages. Due to global economic crisis, the inherent disadvantages of big deal make libraries unable to sustain big deals model of e-journal subscription. Many libraries are forced to withdraw from big deals. Pay-Per-View, ILL and OA resources are chosen as alternatives by libraries to meet readers＇ needs of e-resources. We can learn from the experience of foreign libraries in dealing with big deals to properly deal with the problems of ordering foreign e-journals.
