摘　　要：从服务文化的角度对台湾地区高校图书馆的读者服务进行了详细介绍和分析,认为任何服务的背后反映的都是一种文化,服务本身也蕴藏着丰富的文化,不同文化底蕴的图书馆和馆员所提供的服务会呈现完全不同的结果。图书馆提供服务的过程就是一种文化的交流和折射。The paper introduced and analyzed the academic library＇s patron services in Taiwan District from the aspect of service culture. The main point is that behind any service itself shows a certain culture phenomena. Service itself also contains meaningful culture elements. Different library or librarian with dif- ferent culture features will conduct different results as providing services. The process of patron services is a kind of culture communication and refraction.
