摘　　要：当前电子书产业链整合的必要性体现在可降低因竞争无序度较大产生的较高的交易费用,提升电子书产业资源利用效率和产业链上企业的核心竞争力,促进电子书产业的健康发展。文章从动力机制、技术机制和市场机制三个层面探讨了电子书产业整合的机制问题,并认为政府的宏观协调、行业的监督规范和企业的理性参与,是电子书产业链整合机制实施的前提和保障。The main significance of integration of e-book industry chain is that the higher transaction costs coming from the disorder market competition could be reduced, the core competitiveness of enterprises could be increased by using well the e-book industry resources, and then the e-book industry will develop very well. The paper explores the mechanism of e-book industry integration from three aspects of dynamic mechanism, technology mechanism and market mechanism, and points outthatthe government＇s macro-coordination, publishing industry＇s supervision and regulation, enterprise＇s effective participation, are the premise and guarantee for the implementation of e-book industry chain integration mechanism.
