摘　　要：我国网络文学市场正处于由"渠道为王"向"内容为王"过渡的阶段,对于网络文学产业链的众多参与者而言,内容资源的有效整合是其获取市场制胜优势和构筑未来核心竞争力的关键所在。当前,我国网络文学产业链的内容资源整合模式主要有四种类型,但无论哪一种类型表现出来的质量和效益,整体上都堪称低下,为此需要从作者聚合、版权保护、个性化整合和其他产业内容资源融合等方面加以优化和改善。The integration of content resource is the key to gain market priority and form future core competence for most of web literature industry chain involvers. Currently there exist four kinds of content resource integration in web literature industry chain mainly. However, in the whole our country＇ s web literature industry＇ s content resource integration now is situated in a very low level position. Aimed at improving it, some effective strategies with respect to these aspects, such as authors respect, copyright protection, personalizing integration and combination with other industries＇ content resource, should be come up with as soon as possible.
