针灸配合穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：采用针刺加艾灸配合穴位注射当归液治疗腰椎间盘突出症 4 6例 ,设电针配合穴位注射当归液组作对照组 ,观察两组的临床疗效。结果 :观察组总有效率为 97 8% ,对照组总有效率为91 1% ,经统计学处理 ,P <0 0 5,两组间差异有显著性。提示 :观察组疗效优于对照组。Purpose To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint injection on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods Acupuncture plus moxibustion combined with acupoint injection of Danggui injectio was used for treatment of 46 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,and electroacupuncture combined with acupoint injection of Danggui injectio was used for treatment of control group,and the clinical therapeutic effect was compared in the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 97.8% in the treatment group and 91.1% in the control group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).[WT5”HZ]Conclusion The therapeutic effect in the treatment group is superior to that in the control group.
