中药穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘不同季节不同证型的疗效分析

摘　　要：以腧穴为主 ,探讨中药穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘的机理。根据中医传统“冬病夏治”的原理 ,分组观察在不同季节与不同证型的支气管哮喘患者 ,在每年夏季三伏期间按时进行穴位敷贴治疗 ,通过 356例临床观察比较各自在近、远期疗效及治疗前后嗜酸性粒细胞计数升高或降低的变化 ,并进一步分析了两组穴位贴药在不同季节的临床疗效和中医辨证分型关系。结果 :夏季组近、远期疗效明显优于冬季组 。WT5”BZ] [WT5”HZ]Purpose[WT5”BZ] To probe into mechaniams of acupoint application of Chinese herbs for treatment of bronchial asthma.[WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ] According to the principle of “The diseases of winter season should be treated in summer” in TCM,356 cases of bronchial asthma of different syndrome types in different seasons were treated with acupoint application,and their short term and long term therapeutic effects,and eosinophil count before and after treatment were observed,and the relation between clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of acupoint application in different seasons and syndrome types of TCM was further analysed.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] The short and long term therapeutic effects in the summer group was superor to that of the winter group.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] Acupoint application of Chinese herbs in summer for bronchial asthma has a better clinical therapeutic effect.
