“经筋刺法”治疗周围性面神经麻痹50例疗效观察

摘　　要：观察“经筋刺法”治疗 50例周围性面神经麻痹患者的疗效 ,并与对照组 30例进行比较。结果表明 :经筋组愈显率为 92 % ,对照组则为 6 0 % ,“经筋刺法”疗效明显 (P <0 0 1) ;两组病程、面神经病损程度与疗效的关系比较提示“经筋刺法”对于病程在 30天以内或轻、中度面神经病损患者 ,愈显率达 95%以上 ,而对照组仅对病程在WT5”BZ] [WT5”HZ]Purpose[WT5”BZ] To observe clinical therapeutic effect of “Jingjin” needling method on peripheral facial paralysis.[WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ] The clinical therapeutic effect of “Jingjin” needling method in 50 cases of peripheral facial paralysis was compared with that of traditional acupuncture method in 30 cases.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] The good rate of the “Jingjin” needling method was 92% and the control group was 60% with significant difference( P<0 01 );The good rate in the “Jingjin”needling group was over 95% for the patients with course of disease of less than 30 days and mild and moderate pathological change of facial nerve.But,in the control group,the good curative effect was obtained only in the patients with course of disease of less than 15 days and mild pathological change of facial nerve.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] The therapeutic effect of “Jingjin” needling method is better than that of traditional acupuncture method.
