摘　　要：目的 :比较不同针灸方法对抗化疗呕吐的作用特点 ,为临床上根据不同的病人采用不同的针灸疗法 ,提供了一定的研究依据。方法 :选取足三里穴 ,分别使用温针灸、针刺和艾灸三种不同的治疗方法 ,以呕吐症状的积分为主要临床观察指标 ,以观察针灸足三里穴对抗化疗呕吐反应的临床疗效。结果 :不同的针灸方法 ,其即时止呕效应和持续止呕效应不尽相同 ,针刺的即时止呕效应优于温针灸和艾灸 ,而温针灸的持续止呕效应优于针刺和艾灸。WT5”BZ] [WT5”HZ]Purpose[WT5”BZ] To compare characteristics of antagonism of different acupunctrue and moxibustion methods on vomiting caused by chemotherapy,so as to provide a certain basis for adopting different acupuncture and moxibustion methods based on diffferent patients.[WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ] Zusanli (ST36) point was selected and warm acup moxibustion,acupuncture and moxibustion were used respectively,cumulative score of vomiting symptom was used as main clinical index,and the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion at Zusanli (ST36) point on vomiting caused by chemotherapy was observed.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] The transient stopping vomiting effect of acupuncture was superior to those of warm acup moxibustion and moxibustion,and the continuous stopping vomiting effect of warm acup moxibustion was superior to those of acupuncture and moxibustion.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]Different acupuncture and moxibustion methods have different transient stopping vomiting effect and continuous stopping vomiting effect.
