针刺调补冲任法对女性内分泌轴功能的影响——附25例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :为印证女性生殖生理调控过程中 ,中、西医妇科学两个机能轴之间可能存在的内在联系。方法 :选择 2 5例妇科内分泌失调性疾病患者 ,以肝俞、肾俞为主进行针刺治疗 ,观察治疗前后临床症状及激素的改变。结果 :临床症状普遍改善 ,基础体温连续测定 (BBT)双相率提高 (P <0 0 1) ,阴道上皮细胞成熟指数计数 (MI计数 )居中与右移交替出现率增高 (P <0 0 1) ,卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素 (LH)及雌二醇 (E2 )、孕酮 (P)的值均有改变 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :针刺对女性内分泌失调性疾病能够产生良好疗效 ,中。Purpose[WT5”BZ] To study the possible relationship between the two functional axises of Westerm medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in regulative course of female reproductive physiology.[WT5”HZ]Methods[WT5”BZ] Twenty five women with gynaecological endocrinel disfunction were treated by acupuncture at Ganshu(BL 18)and Shenshu(BL 23)as main method.The changes of clinical symptoms and signs,BBT,vagina dropping cells,contents of follicule stimulating hormone(FSH),luleotropic hormone(LH),estradiol(E 2)and progestin(P)were observed before and after treatment.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] Clinical symptoms and signs were improved,the occurrence rate of MI staying at middle and moving to right and the two way rate of BBT increased obviously;FSH,LH,E 2 and P contents had statistically significant differences before and after treatment.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion[WT5”BZ] Acupuncture has a good regulating effect on female endocrinel disfunction.There is a close relationship between the two functional axises of gynaecology of Westem medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.
