摘　　要：鄂尔多斯市是一个依靠煤炭资源发展起来的资源型城市。近几年随着煤炭价格的大幅下跌,鄂尔多斯市的地方经济受到了严重影响。如何使鄂尔多斯市的经济走出低谷是实现鄂尔多斯市经济可持续发展的当务之急。通过对资源拉动经济增长幅度逐渐减缓、产业结构不合理、城市综合发展的客观要求进行分析,得出鄂尔多斯经济转型势在必行。在此基础上,提出了加快发展现代服务业、培育发展新兴产业、发展新型农业、探索新型纺织业的产业调整策略,对鄂尔多斯市的经济发展具有一定的借鉴意义。Ordos city is a coal resource type energy developed city.With the sharp decline in the price ofcoal,Coal industry in Ordos city is undergoing a massive impact. How to make Ordos city economy walksout of trough quickly is a pressing matter of the moment to realize the sustainable development.The paperanalyses the economic development process in Eerduosi city,which process includes resources to promoteeconomic growth rate slowed down gradually, The irrational industrial structure hinders the economic development and the objective requirements of city＇s comprehensive development.Put forward to some strate-gies that about the development of modern service industry, new industries, new agricultural and new tex-tile industry adjustment.This has some reference value to the economic development of Ordos city.
