摘　　要：木材非法采伐与贸易对全球森林资源具有重大破坏性影响,成为各国林业产业发展的瓶颈,严重影响着木材安全和生态安全。文章以执法为视角,剖析当前我国打击木材非法采伐与贸易的执法现状,从法律规则、执法主体、执法程序和执法监管等4个维度探析打击木材非法采伐与贸易的执法困境。Being very destructive for the global forest resources, the illegal logging and trading becomes the bottle-neck problem for the development of forestry among nations and gready affects the timber safety and ecological safety. From the perspective of law enforcement, the paper analyzes the current law-enforcing status of attacking the illegal logging and trading and probes into its dilemma from the four respective dimensions of rules of law, law-en-forcing subjects, law-enforcing procedures and supervision of law enforcement.
