摘　　要：介绍RoHS(电气、电子设备中限制使用的某些有害物质)指令有害物主要特性和对人体健康的危害,通过选择常用特钢产品加工样本,利用直读光谱仪、X荧光光谱仪等检测设备以及高温加热设备,用理论和实际数据分析了特钢产品在冶炼加工后镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、六价铬(Cr^(6+))、多溴联苯(PBB)、多溴联苯醚(PBDE)和铅(Pb)的含量在标准规定的有效范围内。The main characteristics of the hazardous substances listed in European RollS directive and their harms to human health were introduced in this paper. After selecting the samples from commonly used special steel products and preparing the specimens, the contents of the cadmium （ Cd）, mercury （Hg）, hexavalent chromium （Cr^6＋ ） , polybrominated biphenyl （PBB）, polybrominated diphenyl ethers （PBDE） and lead （Pb） were analyzed through direct reading spectrometer, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer and other testing equipment, as well as relevant high temperature heating furnace. The results proved that the content of the six hazardous substances conform to the prescribed range of relevant specifications.
