摘 要:研究了粉煤灰和硅灰对玄武岩纤维增强水泥基材料强度发展规律的影响,分析了粉煤灰和硅灰复掺对水泥砂浆中玄武岩纤维耐腐蚀性的影响.结果表明:玄武岩纤维对水泥基材料的早期抗折强度具有增强作用,后期增强效果下降,甚至会降低基体强度;粉煤灰和硅灰可显著延长玄武岩纤维对水泥砂浆抗折强度增强效果的时效.XRD图谱和显微结构分析表明,粉煤灰和硅灰复掺后降低了水泥基体中Ca(OH)2晶体的含量和玄武岩纤维的腐蚀程度,改善了玄武岩纤维和水泥基体之间的界面性质.Effects of fly ash and silica fume on the strength development of basalt fiber reinforced cement mortar strength were investigated. Influences of combined addition of fly ash and silica fume on the corrosion resistance of basalt fiber in the cement mortar were studied. The results show that the early flexural strength of cement based material increases with the addition of the basalt fiber, while the late reinforcing effect reduces and even becomes adverse causing the cement matrix strength to decrease. The reduction of the late flexural strength of cement based material was significantly increased with the addition of fly ash and silica fume. The studies on XRD spectrum and microstructure morphology demonstrate that the contents of Ca(OH)2 crystal and basalt fiber corrosion degree are decreased, the interfacial properties between basalt fiber and cement matrix is changed with the addition of fly ash and silica fume.
