转录因子RORγt的分子生物学特征及其在免疫相关性疾病中的表达

摘　　要：RORγt是RORγ在免疫细胞上的特异性亚型,是人和鼠类Th17细胞的主要转录因子之一。RORγt介导白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-17转录,参与鼠Th17依赖的自身免疫性疾病,其配体为全反式维甲酸。RORγt与多种免疫性疾病、感染性疾病和肿瘤等的发生与发展密切相关。随着对转录因子RORγt在免疫性疾病中作用研究的不断加深,将阐明RORγt在免疫性疾病发生与发展中的作用及机理,为免疫性疾病的诊断和治疗提供新的思路。RORγt,an immune cell-specific isoform of RORγ（ retinoic acid receptor-related orphan nuclear receptor gamma）,is a key transcription factor for the development of Th17 cells both in human and mouse.RORγt is required for the induction of IL-17 transcription and for the manifestation of Th17-dependent autoimmune diseases in mice.RORγt natural ligands are retinoic acid.RORγt is closely implicated in the pathology of numerous autoimmune diseases,infectious diseases and cancer.With the further researches about the role of RORγt,we will clarify the mechanism of RORγt in autoimmune diseases,which will provide new ideas to diagnose and treat autoimmune diseases.
